Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience; interior design experience will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil and interior works, including partitions, false ceilings, flooring, and MEP coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D layouts and basic technical drawings.
Proven ability in site supervision, team coordination, and workforce management.
Good understanding of materials, finishing works, and quality control standards.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization and accuracy.
Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of boards, including Gypsum Board, MDF, HDF, Particle Board, Veneer Board, and Laminated Board.
Knowledge of various sheet materials, such as Acrylic Sheet, PVC Sheet, ACP Sheet, Glass Sheets, and Steel Sheets.
Strong understanding of paints and coatings, including plastic paint, enamel paint, texture paint, PU, lacquer, and primer systems.
Clear knowledge of other interior-related materials, including:
Tiles, marble, and stone
Hardware and fittings
False ceiling materials
Electrical and lighting materials
Carpentry materials and accessories
Adhesives, sealants, and finishing materials
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must be punctual, honest, responsible, and professionally disciplined.
Willing to travel to different project locations as required.
Oversee and manage daily interior site operations to ensure smooth execution of work.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, site workers, and project managers to maintain efficient workflow.
Ensure project implementation strictly follows approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
Monitor and maintain the quality of materials, workmanship, and site standards.
Prepare and submit regular site reports, progress updates, and measurement documentation.
Enforce site safety regulations and maintain discipline at all times.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site technical issues with appropriate engineering solutions.
Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion within agreed timelines.
