  • Proficiency in industry-standard software including:
    • 3ds Max
    • V-Ray / Corona Renderer
    • SketchUp
    • AutoCAD
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, textures, and spatial proportions
  • Excellent eye for composition, lighting, realism, and visual presentation quality in 3D renders
  • Ability to translate design concepts into high-quality, realistic visual outputs
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and architectural standards

Bespoke is a premium lifestyle brand specializing in imported Italian and Chinese flooring, luxury bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting systems, high-end furniture, and custom design solutions. As the company expands and transitions to a new corporate location, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional for the role of 3D Visualizer & CAD Operator to support design, visualization, and technical execution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders of interior spaces using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Lumion
  • Develop accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and layouts using AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with the design team to refine and update visuals based on client and project feedback
  • Prepare presentation-ready 3D visuals and design concepts for sales meetings and client presentations
  • Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accurate design detailing and execution alignment
  • Transform conceptual ideas into realistic visual outputs for better client understanding and approval
  • Support costing and planning processes through precise layout and design documentation
  • Ensure all design outputs meet quality, accuracy, and project requirements standards
