  • Education:
    • MBA in Human Resource Management
    • Preference will be given to candidates from North South University, Independent University Bangladesh (IUB), University of Dhaka, BRAC University, and Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Industry Preference:
    • Experience in Direct Selling/Marketing Service companies, E-commerce, Online retail startups, Retail stores/showrooms, Super shops, Supply chain, or Wholesale businesses
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Age between 25 to 35 years
    • Male candidates only
    • Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali
    • Leadership ability with proven team management and motivational skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively
    • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Identify manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and all HR-related documentation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and address employee concerns.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies as well as applicable labor laws.
  • Promote and maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
  • Strengthen employer branding and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to minimize turnover.
  • Support senior management in HR-related decision-making processes.
