HR INTERN

MedEasy Healthcare Limited is looking for a passionate and energetic HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship program. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are outgoing, proactive, and have a strong mindset for active fieldwork and recruitment activities. Internship Details:
Position: HR INTERN
Duration: 3 Months
Internship allowance: 15,000 Taka/month

Location : Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka

• Employment Opportunity: Potential for full-time employment based on performance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (CV screening, shortlisting, interview coordination).

• Conduct  active sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals and social media platforms.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with candidates regularly.

• Support  onboarding and employee documentation processes.

• Maintain  and update HR databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.

• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR operations.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. 

Educational Background:
• BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) 

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in G Suite, MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Outgoing, proactive and comfortable with active recruitment and fieldwork.  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Good communication, Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
