Responsibilities & Context
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude and assist them with the menu.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders while recommending suitable menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring courteous and attentive service at all times.
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and properly arranged dining tables before and after guest service.
- Verify the quality and presentation of food and beverages before serving them to guests.
- Work closely with the kitchen team and fellow service staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation standards in all aspects of service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
