Track and assess sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Regularly visit prospective dealers and customers to explore and develop new business opportunities.
Formulate and execute regional (East/West) sales strategies to meet sales volume, revenue, and market share objectives.
Conduct ongoing evaluation and research of the current feed market landscape.
Provide required technical support to farmers and dealers to enhance product usage and satisfaction.
Achieve individual sales targets for feed products as set by management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including market insights, for senior management review.
Develop and present sales reports, MIS, and strategic performance reviews to top management.
Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
