Head of Sales & Marketing

•  Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role within the construction, building materials, or heavy equipment supply industry.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office suite, and modern digital marketing tools.

• Ability to work from our corporate office located in Purbachal, Dhaka, with flexibility for field visits to construction sites and client meetings as required.

Role Context

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales and marketing operations at Builder Max. You will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market share in the construction and equipment supply sector, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to maximize productivity and performance.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and corporate partners.

• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential ventures within the construction and equipment supply industry.

• Target Achievement: Set periodic sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.
