Pridesys IT Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Head of Sales – ERP to lead and scale its ERP software business across Bangladesh. The role carries responsibility for driving revenue growth, acquiring enterprise clients, managing strategic accounts, and building a high-performing sales organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise software or ERP solution sales, managing long sales cycles, and closing complex B2B deals with CXO-level stakeholders.

Develop and implement the annual sales strategy, targets, territory coverage, and business plans for ERP solutions.
Take full ownership of revenue performance, including new sales, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
Establish pricing and discount governance in line with margin optimization and win-rate objectives.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensure data accuracy, and conduct monthly business reviews with management.
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales engagements, from prospecting and discovery to solution alignment, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs, CFOs, CIOs, HR Heads, Operations Leaders, and Procurement teams.
Manage complex bids and proposals, including technical-commercial submissions, compliance requirements, and deal strategies.
Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline across priority industries such as Manufacturing, RMG, Distribution, FMCG, Services, and Logistics.
Manage and expand strategic accounts through additional ERP modules, user expansion, integrations, and value-added services.
Develop structured account plans with clear milestones and strong executive-level relationships.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with Delivery and Support teams.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales organization, including Account Managers, Account Executives, Presales, and Inside Sales teams.
Build a high-performance culture through continuous training focused on ERP value-based selling.
Define roles, KPIs, incentive structures, and career paths, while attracting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
Collaborate closely with Product, Presales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Implementation teams to acquire and retain customers.
Translate market and customer feedback into actionable inputs for product roadmap development, including local compliance, reporting, integrations, and industry-specific workflows.
Ensure strong commercial risk management by overseeing contract terms, payment milestones, collections coordination, and overall deal profitability.
