Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Sales Department and sales team.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Drive growth through new client acquisition and existing client development.

Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team performance.

Recruit, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
