Job Description:

The Head of Internal Audit will oversee the internal audit functions across all subsidiaries of the Group. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and strengthening internal control systems to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan for all entities within the Group.

• Lead, supervise, and manage the internal audit team to ensure effective audit operations.

• Evaluate internal control systems, identify weaknesses, and recommend appropriate improvements through regular audits.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

• Work closely with senior management to strengthen risk management strategies and improve business processes.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present key findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
