Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts operations of the company.
Develop and maintain efficient accounting systems, financial controls, and reporting processes.
Build, supervise, and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Perform costing, CM analysis, and operational financial performance evaluation.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to top management for business decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, treasury management, and banking activities.
Handle LC operations, banking transactions, and fund management efficiently.
Ensure timely salary disbursement, vendor payments, utility payments, and other financial obligations.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Audit, RJSC, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Handle internal and external audits independently and ensure proper documentation.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control mechanisms.
Lead ERP/accounting software operations and ensure accurate financial data management.
Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy of financial records and systems.
Coordinate with commercial, merchandising, HR, and management teams for operational and financial planning support.
Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
