Job Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute the overall Card Business strategy in alignment with retail and digital banking objectives.
Lead both issuing and acquiring businesses, covering ATM, POS, and e-commerce channels.
Drive growth in the card portfolio, focusing on activation, usage, and overall profitability.
Oversee the development of card products, including credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual cards.
Design and implement marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and co-branded partnership initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators such as transaction volume, activation rates, revenue generation, and delinquency levels.
Ensure robust risk management, fraud prevention, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including Bangladesh Bank and PCI-DSS standards.
Manage partnerships with major payment networks such as Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, and NPSB.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including contactless payments, mobile wallets, and e-commerce solutions.
Prepare strategic business plans, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Card Business team to achieve organizational goals.
