Group Officer/ Sr. Officer - Organic Fertilizer & Seed Sales

The candidate must have strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, along with good negotiation and problem-solving abilities. The candidate should also be proficient in basic computer applications.

This job is mainly focused on agricultural sales and field activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and services of organic fertilizers and seeds in a designated area. The job involves communicating with dealers and retailers to develop new customers, generate sales, and follow up on sales collections. The candidate will also arrange demonstration plots for organic fertilizers and seeds and regularly visit farmers’ fields to observe their effectiveness on different crops. In addition, the employee will organize meetings with farmers, dealers, retailers, and DAE officials, conduct market research, maintain records of sales and promotional activities, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the supervisor. A BSc in Agriculture is required, while candidates with 1–2 years of experience in fertilizer, agrochemical, or seed sales are preferred. However, freshers are also encouraged to apply. Good communication skills in both Bangla and English, negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and basic computer knowledge are also required.
