Graphic Designer (AM/DM)

Key Responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, and other promotional materials for real estate projects.

• Produce high-quality property renderings, site layouts, floor plans, and 3D visualizations as needed.

• Develop branding elements for real estate projects, including logos, typography, and color palettes.

• Create attractive social media graphics, advertisements, and videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Design interactive email templates, newsletters, and digital advertisements for marketing campaigns.

• Edit and enhance property photographs for both online and offline promotional purposes.

• Produce and edit short promotional videos highlighting properties, customer testimonials, and key project features.

• Create motion graphics and animations to support digital marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and real estate development teams to ensure designs align with project objectives.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the real estate industry.
