Additional Requirements

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to visit factory locations on a weekly basis or as directed by management.
- Hands-on experience in Export-Import Operations, Loan Management, Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, International Banking, and Taxation-related functions will be required.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and update financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
- Supervise and guide the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Monitor financial performance through ERP systems and provide analytical insights for management decision-making.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and month-end closing activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring processes.
- Coordinate with production, commercial, marketing, merchandising, purchase, and store departments to ensure effective financial control and reporting.
- Maintain buyer, supplier, and party-wise accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
- Handle international banking and trade finance activities, including export-import documentation, L/C management, shipment tracking, and fund realization.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Customs, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure timely preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Monitor TDS, VDS, and other regulatory deductions and ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Manage banking facilities, loans, and financial instruments, including EDF, OD, LATR, Term Loans, OBU, UPAS, and related facilities.
- Ensure proper utilization of accounting software/ERP systems and maintain data integrity.
- Perform any other finance, commercial, or strategic responsibilities assigned by management.
