Versatile Creation Limited, a leading 100% export-oriented buying house, located at House 38, Road 05, Sector 03, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following urgent position:  GENERAL MANAGER – PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL

Key Requirements:

• A Master’s in Garment/Apparel/Textile-related field will be preferred.
• 15–20 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership/managerial roles in the apparel/garment industry.
• Strong experience in leading Production & Quality Control operations and teams.
• Thorough knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS), CSR/Compliance, Workplace Engineering & Technology.
• Sound understanding of Raw Material Management, Apparel Merchandising and Production Operations.
• Strong capabilities in Human Relations, Team Leadership and Performance Management.
• Practical knowledge of P&L and overall business management, including cost control and operational efficiency.
• Ability to ensure production targets, delivery commitments and quality standards are achieved efficiently.
• Exposure to multi-country and multicultural working environments will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary and benefits are negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates with relevant industry experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the academic requirements.
