General Manager-HR, Admin & Compliance (HAC)

HR Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives. Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer-specific requirements and codes of conduct, including BSCI, SEDEX, and WRAP.

Administrative Management: Oversee overall factory administration, including security, transportation, utilities, facility maintenance, and workplace safety measures.

Industrial Relations: Maintain a harmonious work environment by addressing employee grievances, managing union relations where applicable, and promoting positive employee relations.

Audit Management: Lead and coordinate teams during statutory, regulatory, and buyer compliance audits while ensuring timely corrective actions and minimizing major non-compliances.
