We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented professional to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, and effective supervision of site operations while optimizing processes and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality control and timely handover through active supervision of construction sites.
Anticipate upcoming challenges and implement contingency measures.
Exhibit courage and solution-oriented mindset in facing project challenges.
Assist in bidding, tender evaluation, and feasibility studies as required.
Plan and implement process improvement initiatives.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare and review weekly/monthly project status reports for management.
Maintain proper documentation for drawings, approvals, contracts, and compliance.
Present progress updates and risk assessments to senior management.
Supervise and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Facilitate coordination between civil, MEP, architectural, and other disciplines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
Review contractor performance, progress, and compliance with contract terms.
Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost monitoring.
Review BOQs, variations, and claims to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project expenditures and recommend corrective actions to control overruns.
Support contract administration and vendor performance evaluation.
Provide technical guidance on structural, civil, and infrastructure works.
Review and approve method statements, construction procedures, and design changes.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently.
