Additional Requirements
- Age: Minimum 38 years.
- Proven experience in Internal Audit within a large apparel or garment manufacturing group.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or leadership role.
- Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking initiative in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset.
- Positive work ethic, high level of integrity, and a strong focus on achieving results and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure audit plans and audit activities are conducted in compliance with approved policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct management system audits and operational audits to assess effectiveness and compliance.
- Perform internal financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and regularly report progress to management.
- Provide advisory support on policy implementation, internal controls, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.
