  • Proven experience in Internal Audit within a large apparel or garment manufacturing group.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or leadership role.
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking initiative in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Positive work ethic, high level of integrity, and a strong focus on achieving results and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure audit plans and audit activities are conducted in compliance with approved policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct management system audits and operational audits to assess effectiveness and compliance.
  • Perform internal financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and regularly report progress to management.
  • Provide advisory support on policy implementation, internal controls, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.
