  • 7 to 8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Candidates must have experience in Agro-based industries (including Agro Processing, Seed, and GM sectors)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in feed companies
  • Strong preference for candidates with 7–8 years of experience specifically in feed marketing

Additional Preference:

  • Applicants with proven experience in the feed industry will be given priority 
 

Responsibilities & Context

Company Overview:
We are one of the largest feed mill companies in Bangladesh, also serving as a supplier of raw materials for feed production. Originating from China, the company specializes in producing high-quality feed for poultry, fish, and livestock. We are currently seeking dynamic, skilled, and dedicated professionals who are eager to grow and contribute to our continued success and expansion.

Job Context & Responsibilities:

  • Must be target-oriented and capable of fulfilling assigned responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to establish and manage teams across different regions of the country.
  • Lead and manage Sales Executives (SE) and overall team operations.
  • Achieve company sales targets and performance goals.
  • Conduct market visits, identify new clients, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage customers through strong personal sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Analyze competitors’ products and sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Develop sales action plans, strategies, and execution schedules.
  • Conduct market analysis and potential demand surveys.
  • Identify and appoint potential dealers and support their development, including depot setup.
  • Improve operational efficiency and take initiatives to reduce losses and risks.
  • Provide product knowledge, technical support, and necessary assistance to dealers in assigned areas.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service through regular monitoring of product quality and service delivery.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and update management accordingly.
