Experience: Prior experience handling M&S (Marks & Spencer) buyers is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong presentation abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Analyze design sketches and tech packs to fully understand the design intent, and seek clarifications when necessary.
Verify technical specifications, construction details, embellishments, washing requirements, product feasibility, and cost considerations, providing clear feedback to the customer.
Collaborate closely with pattern makers to ensure all garments are technically feasible and meet the customer’s quality and design requirements.
Monitor and follow up on the critical path throughout the entire product development lifecycle, providing guidance as needed.
Advise and communicate effectively with the Development team regarding style details, special requirements, production challenges, and other comments to ensure garments are constructed according to specifications and meet performance criteria, including fit and production feasibility.
Ensure all customer requirements are met, including specifications, measurements, product quality, styling details, labeling, washing standards, safety, and testing compliance.
Verify garment fit and draping on mannequins, coordinating with senior team members and customers prior to dispatch.
Maintain accuracy in pre-screening, fit logs, and PLM uploads, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Confirm the accuracy of specifications against fit standards and collaborate with pattern technicians to maintain minimum standards.
Review products with buying technicians and clarify any amendments.
Attend risk analysis meetings to report and discuss issues encountered during the development stage.
