Fuel Supervisor

 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate tanker dip measurements and ensure bowser valve seals remain secure.

• Verify fuel tank levels before unloading and follow required safety procedures.

• Maintain 5S standards across unloading and tank farm areas.

• Apply emergency response and spill prevention procedures, including guiding fuel escorts and bowser drivers during incidents.

• Ensure efficient fuel loading and unloading to meet delivery timelines.

• Prevent oil spills and environmental pollution during fuel transfer activities.

• Record unloading activities and submit invoices and required documents on time.

• Follow site-specific waste management and EHS procedures.

• Participate in emergency drills, safety training, and other EHS activities.

• Train and guide subordinates and new team members on operational procedures.

• Remain available for emergency call-outs during holidays, off days, or after working hours when required.

• Work toward assigned KPIs and perform other duties as directed by Management.
