Frontend Developer - React/Next

• React, JavaScript ও TypeScript ব্যবহার করে responsive ও high-performance web applications তৈরি করা।
• Reusable React components, hooks এবং state management ব্যবহার করে scalable applications develop করা।
• REST API ও backend services-এর সাথে frontend integrate করা।
• Website performance, responsiveness এবং cross-browser compatibility নিশ্চিত করা।
• Backend developers, architects ও UI/UX designers-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
• Clean, modular ও secure code maintain করা।
• Code review, documentation এবং development standards follow করা।
• Frontend bugs, browser issues এবং performance problems identify ও resolve করা।

Requirements

• Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT বা related field-এ Bachelor’s degree।
• React-based web development-এ ৪–৫ বছরের professional experience।
• JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 এবং CSS3-এ strong proficiency।
• React components, hooks এবং state management সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা।
• Angular-এর practical knowledge থাকলে ভালো।
• REST API, HTTP, WebSocket এবং JSON নিয়ে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা।
• Frontend testing, debugging এবং performance optimization সম্পর্কে ধারণা।
• Strong analytical, logical problem-solving এবং communication skills।

Preferred Skills

• Next.js এবং SSR/SSG সম্পর্কে knowledge।
• Jest, React Testing Library বা Enzyme-এর experience।
• Frontend build tools, bundling এবং CI/CD সম্পর্কে ধারণা।
• Web accessibility, internationalization এবং modern UI/UX standards সম্পর্কে knowledge।
