Experience:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must have experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles
  • Prior experience in immigration and education consultancy, training institutes, or corporate environments will be preferred
  • Freshers are generally not encouraged unless they have exceptional communication skills and relevant internship experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Age: 20–27 years
  • Gender: Female only
  • Training or certification in Hospitality Management, Front Desk Operations, or Customer Service will be an added advantage

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment handling
  • Professional behavior with a polite, well-groomed, honest, and loyal attitude
  • Proper phone etiquette and professional email communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn will be an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities & Context

Universal Study Agency Limited is seeking a presentable, energetic, and well-spoken individual to join our growing team as a Front Desk Executive. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and lasting first impression of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome students and their guardians upon arrival, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional environment
  • Manage incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Schedule and confirm consultation appointments between students and senior counselors
  • Provide basic information to walk-in clients about our services and direct them to the appropriate department when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Assist students with initial form filling and collection of required documents
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality client service
  • Support the team during education fairs, seminars, and other promotional activities
  • Assist with live social media sessions or video content when required to enhance engagement
