Job Level: Officer – Senior Executive Officer (SEO)
Key Responsibilities

Handle import and export documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs), bills of exchange, and shipping documents.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and prudential requirements related to import and export trade.

Review and verify import and export documents thoroughly.

Prepare and submit statements and returns to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities as required.

Monitor and settle payments against various types of LCs.

Maintain accurate records and management information systems (MIS) related to import-export operations.

Ensure proper filing and organization of all necessary documents.

Correspond with other banks regarding import/export-related matters.

Prepare, review, and authorize SWIFT messages related to trade transactions.
