The role involves supervising and evaluating the production performance of broiler and layer farms to ensure efficient and profitable farm operations. Responsibilities include analyzing farm data, assessing chick quality, and providing technical guidance and operational support to farmers for improved productivity and farm management.
The position also includes organizing training sessions and awareness programs on modern poultry farming practices, nutrition, disease control, and biosecurity measures. A key focus of the role is to support the development of model farms and promote antibiotic residue-free poultry production systems.
In addition, the candidate will work closely with customer service and technical teams, conduct regular farm visits, resolve farm-related issues, and prepare detailed reports on production performance, farm activities, and overall operational progress to support continuous improvement and business growth.
