Field Manager (Animal Health Division)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a reputed pharmaceutical company dealing with animal health products.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of the animal health market.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.

A valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage.

Monitor daily activities of Veterinary Medical Representatives (VMRs) and evaluate sales performance.

Conduct regular market visits to assess market coverage, competitor activities, and opportunities for sales improvement.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.

Provide guidance and training to strengthen the team’s sales capabilities.

Implement planned sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Visit existing and prospective customers to build and maintain strong relationships.

Perform additional duties assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
