• Proficiency in both English and Bengali.

• Previous experience working with a reputable NGO or INGO will be an advantage.

• Ability to adapt and work effectively in diverse environments.

• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Company Details

Prottyashi is a social development organization that has been responding to the Rohingya crisis in Cox’s Bazar since its beginning. The organization is implementing the “Inclusive WASH Services for the Displaced Population in the Rohingya Camps of Cox’s Bazar” project in partnership with BRAC Pooled Fund to improve water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities for crisis-affected communities.

Job Context

Prottyashi is inviting applications for the position of Field Facilitator to support the implementation of its WASH project in the Rohingya camps of Cox’s Bazar.

Reporting: The Field Facilitator will report to the Project Manager and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, project teams, and relevant program and operational units across the organization.

Contract Duration: Until 31 December 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project activities at the field level.

• Engage directly with community members and participants in the camps.

• Conduct awareness sessions, community meetings, and training activities.

• Assist in beneficiary identification and registration processes.

• Communicate project objectives, guidelines, and relevant information clearly to the community.

• Conduct regular field visits and follow up on ongoing activities.

• Collect field data, conduct surveys, and prepare activity reports.

• Support the effective and timely implementation of camp-based activities.

• Identify field-level challenges and report them to the supervisor.

• Coordinate with local stakeholders, including volunteers, teachers, and community leaders.

• Maintain attendance records, activity documentation, and other relevant files.

• Gather community feedback to support monitoring and evaluation activities.

• Provide guidance and support to volunteers.

• Facilitate field activities to ensure smooth project implementation.
