Factory Supervisor

Oversee and coordinate daily factory operations, production processes, and administrative activities.

Prepare and execute production plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Lead and supervise a workforce of approximately 100–120 employees and workers.

Track production expenses, raw material usage, inventory consumption, and material wastage.

Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain accurate operational documentation.

Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, equipment, and other factory resources.

Maintain workplace discipline, safety standards, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.

Collaborate with management, accounts, stores, and other departments to ensure efficient factory operations.

Evaluate employee performance, address operational challenges, and implement necessary corrective measures.

Prepare and submit regular production and operational reports to management.
