Provide specialized technical and health services for poultry or cattle.

Diagnose diseases and recommend treatments through regular farm visits.

Identify market opportunities and convert competitor accounts to the AFTAB brand.

Recruit, motivate, and monitor the performance of dealers and distributors.

Maintain clear policy communication between farmers, dealers, and the company.
-
Organize technical seminars and create digital educational content for farmers.
-
Collect and analyze field performance and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) data.
-
Evaluate competitor products and submit operational reports to management.
