- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of IT-related work experience in a large IT firm or a group of industries.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Communication: Proficient in both written and oral communication in English and Bangla.
- Technical Proficiency: Practical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email correspondence.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in developing the internal audit plan, programs, and SOPs in consultation with the department head, ensuring proper implementation across the group for compliance verification.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into IT-related activities and prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
- Verify pricing and rates for IT purchases and related work to manage cost overruns effectively.
- Perform routine audits at Head Office, Factories, and Plants to review IT-related bills, ensuring transparency in day-to-day transactions.
- Uphold integrity and confidentiality during investigations to ensure fairness in all processes.
- Source appropriate vendors to ensure transparent procurement of IT equipment.
- Check the usage and warranty coverage of both hardware and software IT equipment.
- Verify the performance of IT equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and justify the quality of all IT-related work to guarantee the effectiveness of business operations.
