Responsibilities & Context

Handle manual and online shipment bookings with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and concerned parties.
Prepare and submit Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other export documents accurately within deadlines.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on BL drafts through manual and online platforms for timely confirmation.
Generate and upload e-Invoices and required export documents through buyer portals.
Prepare export documentation and arrange EXP, Bank NOC, CNF Certificates, and other bank-related documents.
Distribute complete export document sets to C&F Agents, banks, buyers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Submit export documents to banks in accordance with L/C terms and conditions for LC shipments.
Manage documentation and payment follow-up for TT-based shipments.
Ensure all export documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
Update export transactions in the ERP system and maintain proper documentation records.
Prepare accurate monthly export statements and reports.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based P/L reports, particularly for Eurofiel buyers, with proper follow-up.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Commercial, Accounts/Finance, C&F Agents, Banks, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, and Buyers for smooth export operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, banking procedures, export regulations, and other applicable requirements.
