Responsibilities & Context

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of international travel services, including tour planning, hotel reservations, destination information, and visa processing requirements.
  • Assist clients by responding to inquiries related to travel packages, visa support services, and country-specific travel regulations.
  • Provide clear guidance on visa eligibility criteria, required documents, and application procedures for different destinations.
  • Review and validate client documents to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with embassy requirements.
  • Coordinate and process visa applications through relevant embassies, consulates, and authorized visa processing centers.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the application process by providing timely updates on progress, status changes, and necessary follow-up actions.
