Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions within a hospitality-driven environment. The role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and cultivating a service-oriented, people-centric culture in line with hospitality industry standards.

Reporting To: Head of Operations, Galleria


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both operational and managerial roles within the hospitality function

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and hiring plans

  • Conduct interviews, background verification, and offer negotiations

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and structured induction programs for new employees

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and feedback

  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with service excellence standards

  • Plan and execute employee engagement, motivation, and welfare initiatives

  • Manage disciplinary processes and conflict resolution in a professional manner

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRMIS data, attendance, and leave management systems

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and related documentation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospitality regulations, and internal policies

Performance Management & Training

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and KPI monitoring

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives

  • Assist in leadership development and succession planning programs

Policy & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and hospitality best practices

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and audit requirements

  • Support HR audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews

Strategic HR Support

  • Assist HR leadership in executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Analyze HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, and productivity

  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives
