Marketing Approach: Door-to-door marketing
Digital Marketing: Experience with digital platforms for marketing
Manage the full sales cycle, including developing and implementing sales strategies and policies.
Conduct daily customer visits and follow-ups to maintain consistent engagement and drive conversions.
Identify and acquire new corporate, industrial, or group clients to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily activity reports and weekly closing reports, tracking progress against goals.
Provide regular updates on performance and activities to the Team Leader.
Spot potential corporate and individual clients with a high likelihood of purchasing our products.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive, organized client database independently.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
Exhibit strong teamwork, initiative, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
Demonstrate assertive sales leadership with excellent decision-making and strategic capabilities.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support the overall success of the team.
