Position Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive/Senior Executive to support business development and market expansion. The role involves regular market visits, dealer and customer management, new client acquisition, and providing market insights to management. Candidates with practical experience in the glass industry and strong interpersonal skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular market visits within assigned territories, including dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, stock levels, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Identify potential business opportunities and propose actionable plans to increase sales and market coverage.

Identify and onboard new customers, dealers, and business partners.

Present product offerings to potential clients to secure new business opportunities.

Maintain strong professional relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Provide effective after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Resolve market-level issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor movements, pricing, and promotional activities.

Share timely updates and market insights with the Line Manager for strategic decision-making.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide updates to management.

Support the execution of promotions, campaigns, and activation programs in the assigned area.

Ensure proper visibility of company products in the market and monitor merchandising activities.

Assist the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Apply practical knowledge of the glass industry, including product specifications, customer segments, and territory dynamics, to drive sales growth.

Work effectively as a team player and coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Accounts.

Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude to support overall team performance.
