Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Candidates with experience in the Real Estate, Land Development, Asset Development, Property Management, or related industries will be given preference.
  • Familiarity with real estate sales processes, customer acquisition, and project promotion activities will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities, market segments, and business prospects for the company’s land and real estate projects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting ongoing and ready plot projects and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Generate new customer leads and establish strong relationships with prospective clients to drive business growth and sales performance.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referral opportunities.
  • Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and investment objectives to provide suitable property solutions and professional guidance.
  • Follow up on company-provided leads and convert potential prospects into successful sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to public and private organizations, corporate offices, and other potential business sources to promote projects and generate leads.
  • Actively participate in sales and marketing activities, including project presentations, promotional events, and site visits with prospective clients.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and support sales objectives.
  • Monitor and track daily sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts while maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales, marketing, and performance reports to the immediate supervisor and management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally, provide accurate project information, and ensure a high standard of client service.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals and maximize business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Workplace
