EXECUTIVE / SR. EXECUTIVE –PMD/QC/ARD

• Age must be between 22 and 32 years.

Technical Competencies

• Hands-on knowledge of analytical instruments and techniques, including HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometry, Dissolution Testing, and other pharmaceutical analytical methods.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical specifications, product standards, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) evaluation.
• Knowledge of stability studies, analytical documentation, and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and technical documentation review.
• Ability to evaluate products and interpret technical and analytical data accurately.

Professional Experience

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control (QC), Analytical R&D, Stability Studies, or related pharmaceutical functions.
• Experience in Product Management (PMD) within a pharmaceutical indenting, sourcing, or ingredient supply company will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of APIs, excipients, nutraceutical ingredients, and pharmaceutical product development processes.

• Support new product selection, evaluation, and portfolio development initiatives.
• Collect customer requirements for new products and communicate inquiries with international principals and suppliers.
• Review product specifications, analytical methods, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Drug Master Files (DMFs), technical dossiers, and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with pharmaceutical manufacturers, suppliers, and technical partners regarding APIs, excipients, nutraceutical ingredients, and packaging materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product feasibility studies to identify business opportunities.
• Support new product development projects through technical assessment and commercial evaluation.
• Prepare technical presentations, product profiles, analytical reports, and product comparison studies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in technical seminars, supplier meetings, exhibitions, workshops, and customer visits.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to support strategic business growth.
• Perform any other technical, commercial, or product management-related duties assigned by management.
