Age: Up to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a relevant field
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Bengali
Computer Skills: Moderate proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required
Technical Skills: Ability to prepare AutoCAD drawings and handle electrical work
Preferred Experience: Candidates with proven experience and a strong track record in a similar field will be given priority
Sell electrical substation equipment, Mitsubishi brand VFD (Inverter), PLC, and other FA & switchgear products.
Identify and understand client requirements to achieve sales targets and prepare proposals accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
Conduct regular client visits to follow up and generate future sales opportunities.
Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms and conditions.
Monitor competitors’ marketing and sales activities and report market insights.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales, marketing, and collection reports.
