The role requires strong technical knowledge of TP-Link Networking and Surveillance solutions, including Omada, VIGI, Tapo, and Mercusys products such as switches, routers, IP cameras, and home cameras. The position focuses on channel sales development, market expansion, partner management, and revenue growth.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of TP-Link networking and surveillance equipment, including switches, routers, IP cameras, and home cameras.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and channel gaps.
Develop and execute channel sales strategies, including short- and long-term business plans to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand and diversify distribution channels.
Support the Team Head in setting overall sales targets and strategic planning.
Assist the sales team in proposal preparation, target achievement, and participate in customer meetings alongside salespersons and team members.
Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners for Networking, Surveillance, and Power products; regularly assess partner performance, capability, and compliance to maximize regional market coverage.
Set annual and quarterly targets for distributors and monitor performance through defined KPIs.
Coordinate quarterly business review (QBR) meetings and evaluate business development progress against agreed plans.
Manage weekly and monthly revenue tracking and forecasting, including stock levels, stock rotation, credit notes, payment terms, rebate policies, pricing structures, and channel incentive programs.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, market insights, and recommendations for service and profitability improvements.
Deliver product knowledge and commercial training in collaboration with business partners.
Plan, implement, and follow up on distributor marketing activities such as roadshows, seminars, workshops, and forums in coordination with the marketing team.
Visit ISPs regularly to strengthen brand positioning and expand business opportunities.
Manage channel partner contracts, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate deliveries, and prompt collection of accounts receivable.
Implement and enforce local sales processes, systems, tools, and channel policies.
Monitor aging inventory and ensure timely clearance of slow-moving or end-of-life products to minimize losses.
