Executive/ Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities – Sales Executive

• Work collaboratively with the professional sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

• Develop new client relationships while maintaining strong and positive relationships with existing customers.

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies.

• Provide clients with accurate project-related information and necessary support through telephone communication.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients and maintain accurate records in the company’s system.

• Visit potential clients and prospects outside the office to generate new business opportunities.

• Accompany clients during project/site visits, address their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Manage site-office activities efficiently while actively identifying and pursuing outdoor sales prospects.

• Handle post-sales activities, including reviewing application forms, preparing payment schedules, coordinating deed/agreement documentation, and facilitating client signatures.

• Work closely with the team leader and colleagues to develop and implement ideas for improving sales strategies and performance.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management as required.
