Executive / Senior Executive - RDC

Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Technical Skills: Knowledge of Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Python, JavaScript, or other programming and scripting tools.

Industry Experience: Experience in RMG, IT, or BPO sectors is preferred, along with familiarity with SAP/Oracle, AI-driven automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and technical troubleshooting abilities.

Collect, clean, validate, analyze, and report data to support business decisions.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports.

Automate workflows using Power Automate, UiPath, or similar automation tools.

Maintain accurate data records and system entries across ERP and business applications.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate routine reporting tasks.

Prepare documentation, reconciliation reports, exception reports, and digital reporting solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
