2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in managing operations at a poultry breeder farm.

Skilled in various farm activities including feeding, vaccination, and health management of flocks throughout brooding, growing, and laying stages.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of strategic decision-making.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Support the overall management of brooding, growing, and laying operations for poultry flocks in accordance with established standards.
-
Monitor key health indicators such as feeding schedules, vaccination status, body weight, and overall flock condition to ensure effective poultry health management.

Regulate environmental factors—such as temperature, humidity, and lighting—during the laying phase to optimize productivity.

Carry out egg grading, assess egg weight, and identify top-quality eggs suitable for hatching.

Enforce strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
-
Maintain accurate and timely entries in the ERP system and regularly report on flock performance metrics.

Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure scheduled, emergency, and repair maintenance tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

Coordinate with farm staff and cross-functional teams to manage litter removal, shed and equipment cleaning, disinfection (including lab tests if required), and prepare the facility for new flock arrivals.
