We are seeking a qualified Admin Executive/Senior Executive to join Mridha International Corporation. This role involves managing daily administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and providing essential support to management and staff. The position demands strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
Draft and prepare official letters, memos, and reports in both English and Bangla.
Manage and maintain confidential files, records, and databases.
Ensure all regulatory documents and registers are current and compliant.
Handle front-desk communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
Coordinate with agents, candidates, overseas agencies, embassies, and airlines for recruitment processes.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment workflow: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records accurately.
Assist in onboarding new employees and prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Support HR in implementing policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll support.
Update ERP systems and ensure accurate monthly reporting.
Prepare HR-related letters, including appointments, confirmations, promotions, resignations, and employee grievance responses.
Verify final settlements for employees leaving the organization.
Foster a positive work environment and assist in resolving minor employee issues.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
