Executive - Sales & Marketing

✔ Age: At most 33 years.

✔ Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

✔ Fairly good command of written and spoken English.

✔ The above requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates.

✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.

✔ Promote the company’s projects and services to potential clients and prospective customers.

✔ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

✔ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

✔ Generate qualified leads through client visits, networking, referrals, and digital marketing activities.

✔ Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.

✔ Negotiate with clients and conduct regular follow-ups to convert qualified leads into successful sales.

✔ Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and customer requirements.

✔ Monitor sales performance, maintain sales records, and prepare regular reports and updates for management.
