Executive - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Executive – Sales & Marketing to drive property sales and support marketing activities. The role involves generating leads, communicating with prospective buyers, arranging property visits, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, social media, networking, and other channels.

• Present and promote the company’s residential and commercial real estate projects to potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budget and preferences.

• Arrange and conduct property/project visits and provide clients with relevant project information.

• Maintain regular communication with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings, documentation, and customer requirements.

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.

• Perform other sales and marketing-related duties assigned by management.
