Manage and execute priority sales activities within the assigned branch.
Greet customers warmly upon entry and exit, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Assist walk-in customers with a polite, supportive, and non-intrusive sales approach, regardless of purchase outcome.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and guide customers in selecting suitable décor items based on their preferences and requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and returning customers to encourage repeat visits.
Ensure barcode availability, accurate product scanning, and correct billing procedures.
Support in-store merchandising to maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
Contribute to achieving branch sales targets through ethical, customer-centric selling practices.
Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth daily sales operations.
Maintain accurate sales records, stock movement logs, and basic reports in line with branch guidelines.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that strengthens brand reputation and long-term loyalty.
Full-Time (Retail working hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Weekly holiday: Sunday)
Other Benefits
Salary: BDT 17,000 – 20,000 (based on experience and performance)
Festival Bonus: One month’s full salary upon confirmation
