Executive – Reservation & Ticketing

Handle domestic and international flight reservations efficiently and accurately.

Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel air tickets in accordance with airline policies.

Provide accurate flight schedules, fare quotations, availability, and travel information to customers.

Manage reservations through Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms and airline portals.

Monitor fare changes, schedule changes, cancellations, and other airline updates.

Coordinate effectively with airlines, consolidators, travel partners, and customers.

Follow up on booking confirmations, ticketing deadlines, schedule changes, and other travel-related updates.

Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily reservation and ticketing reports.

Resolve customer queries and booking-related issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies, airline regulations, and industry standards.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional communication.
