Executive-Procurement, Supply Chain

Strong understanding of international trade and shipping procedures.

Good knowledge of Bangladesh Customs and import regulations.

Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and international logistics processes.

Manage the complete import procurement process, from purchase order placement to final delivery.

Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and C&F agents.

Handle L/C, TT, UPAS L/C, deferred payment, and other trade finance instruments.

Review shipping and import documents to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Monitor shipment schedules and maintain import tracking reports.

Coordinate customs clearance and logistics operations.

Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, insurance, and other relevant documents.

Ensure proper HS code verification and customs compliance.

Submit import-related documents to relevant stakeholders within the required timeline.

Prepare import cost analysis and landed cost calculations.

Communicate with vendors and support shipment expediting activities.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank, Customs, and other applicable regulations.
