Able to independently handle all company purchasing activities.

Must have strong knowledge of spare parts, accessories, and tools used in the garment industry.

Responsible for preparing and processing purchase orders and related documents in line with company policies and procedures.

Develop and manage budgets and plans for all procurement activities.

Ensure uninterrupted production by preventing delays in the supply of required materials.

Identify and develop new vendors or suppliers, and maintain effective communication with them to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

Maintain up-to-date records of purchased items, delivery details, and invoices.

Regularly visit markets to assess accurate pricing of materials, and maintain all necessary documents, vouchers, and bills for audit purposes.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.

Evaluate vendors regularly, build a strong pool of reliable suppliers, and foster long-term, sustainable relationships with them. Conduct periodic market surveys.

Must be hardworking, highly organized, deadline-oriented, honest, dedicated, and self-motivated.
